Kombucha Mocktail or Cocktail!

servings: 4-6   // prep time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lime juiced
  • good handful fresh mint
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • handful of freshly peeled lychees
  • 2 cups Kombucha
  • ice

OPTIONAL- 1-2 shots of your fave spirit (gin, vodka etc)

METHOD

  1. Process or blend, lychees, lime juice, mint & honey until combined.
  2. Add to a jug and top up with ginger Yogi Beer Kombucha with ice.
  3. Serve immediately.

NOTES

You can also use original or lemon & turmeric for this mocktail!
